Last Full Day

At 9:30 my Dad picked Cameron up.  He had some projects that he needed Cameron's help.  Plus, he just wanted to spend some alone time with Cameron.  That was nice.  Cameron was pretty excited too.   Mom also took the kids and Kelly to the movie in the afternoon. Griffin didn't go because he had an ear ache.

Todd and I made a trip to Walmart and the battery store.  I dropped him off at home and went to the dentist.  Perfect looking teeth, so they said.  Back home.  We realized we had one empty bag.

We went to Best Buy first to look for new headphones for me and Cameron.  We were also looking for a bag to carry the Xbox remotes in.  That was not easy.  Nothing there would work.  Back to Walmart to buy a couple birthday presents to take back for Marcela and Ainsley.  We also bought some more food to take.  We found a bag for the remotes but it was expensive.  I remembered Cameron needed a lunch box because he lost his.  When Todd saw it he decided it would work to carry the remotes.  Perfect...it was only $8.

Back home and finished packing.  We went to my parents at 3.  We hung out and my brother and his family came over.  We had dinner.  Sat around talking until the Illinois game was about to start.  As we were leaving Cameron whispered he wanted to go home.  Earlier in the day he asked if he could spend the night at my parents.  Of course they said yes.  But Cameron decided he wanted to spend his last night in our house.  He felt bad for not staying and he was worried Grandma was going to be upset. We said our goodbyes and stopped at Whitey's for one last ice cream treat.  Cameron was pretty weepy.  He always gets sad when it is time to leave the U.S.  Poor kid.  Home to watch the game and then off to bed.

The last supper.
