Back to School

Back to school day. Todd left early to get to the airport. Cameron and I went to school. I ran to his classroom with him to make sure his winter coat was still there. He left it before break. It was thank goodness.

I had Mr. Xue drop me off at the gym. Today I started training. I am signed up for the Great Wall Marathon on May 18th. A bunch of us are doing the half marathon. I am following Hal Higdon 5k then I go into the his half marathon training schedule. They were perfectly for how much time I have. I can do this! Please say prayers for us.  I'm sure we will need it.

Back home. Waited for workers to show up to figure out a way to reroute my washer and dishwasher since the drain outside was frozen. I told them what we needed. They left at 10:15 to go get what was needed. And I waited. At 2:00 I left to go to the store. I picked Michelle up and we went to school to get the kids. We dropped them off then went home.

Cameron and the Hindman's played outside until after 5. Brrrr. They played at our place until 6:00. We finally gave Ainsley her birthday presents. She seemed excited. The workers never did show up.

I whipped up dinner. While I was saying goodbye to the kids Ainsley said "I thought you didn't make dinner?" I told her when Todd is gone I have to otherwise Cameron would eat me. She thought that was funny.

Dinner, tv, and reading. Cameron went to his bed to read at 8. I went in there at 8:30 and he was sound to sleep. He didn't even wake up when I kissed him good night and shut the lights off.

Poor tired boy.
