Took Cameron to school then we all walked home. It was a little chilly but
bright and sunny. Todd called to say he was coming home with a guy to try and
get his work computer to work with the wireless. Nightmare and took forever.
They came home at 10:00.

Trying to fix the wireless. |
We had something in our brand new refrigerator
that smelled terrible. We have been trying to figure it out for two days. We
finally took everything out and put it in coolers. We left the doors open to
air it out. Smelled fine so we closed the doors and waited 10 minutes. Opened
the doors and WHAM the smell was back. Todd made a call to our relocation lady
and she said her husband would be over ASAP. That was 12:30.

Mom and Dad...AKA Smelly 1 and Smelly 2...trying to find the smell. |

Everything out again. |
We had
plans to go to the aquarium, or the fish house as my Dad called it, but instead
we
sat around watching the IT guy work and waited for
someone to look at the fridge. What a fun day...NOT!
1:40 Linda and her
husband came to smell the fridge. We aren't sure if they smelled it or not but
they are going to send the refrigerator people over. Mom and I put everything
back in again. Continue to watch the IT guy.
At 4:30 the IT guy left.
A little while later he came back to get Todd's computer and then he left
again. A short time later he was back with some big guy. They made sure his
computer worked and then connected my net book. They left and Todd got home. I
had all devices hooked up and running. 10 minutes later nothing was working.
Ugh! Todd had to work on it. After about 15 minutes he said "it doesn't seem
to be working". Wow, he is observant.

Facial? |
The refrigerator people never
came either. Maybe
tomorrow. What a perfectly
crappy day.
We walked down the road a ways to O'Leary's for my birthday dinner. We got hors devours...wings and hot dogs wrapped in bacon. Yummy. We all ordered a pizza (they aren't very big) except for Todd who ordered fajitas. Mom and Cameron played some pool. All of a sudden a song started playing on the radio that had HORRIBLE language in it. Mom nor Cameron caught it. They were too busy in their game. However, the song played again 3 minutes later. This time Cameron's ears perked up and he looked at us with that smile that says he knows this was bad. Then he asked "Did you hear that?" Every time they said the BAD words he would look at us with that smile. We told him he better not ever think of talking like that.

Cheers to my birthday. |

Cameron is "drinking" peanuts. |
When they were done with pool they sat back down. Cameron said "That is my new favorite song. Its catchy." Oh I don't think so. Wouldn't you know...it played one more time. Cameron couldn't help but laugh at this point. The problem is the Chinese do not know that it is bad. One good reason to never go back.

A little appetizer. Hot dog wrapped in bacon. |
Our food came and it was pretty good. Maybe the best pizza in town but not sure we will go back for it. Maybe we could order them for take out. Maybe at lunch time they don't blare naughty songs.

Good looking pizza. |

Cute family. |
We walked back home and it was 8:15 already. Cameron had a shower and then we finished watching a cake show because they were making a huge fish and dog cake. They were also making a deer cake. We just had to see how it they were going to look when they were finished. Off to bed.
