Apartment Full of Boys

We started the day by walking over to Amor and Neil's to get a USB plug they brought back from the states for us.  It was for Cameron's Skylanders game for the Wii.  He left it at my parents house and luckily Amor and Neil were in the Quad Cities so my dad could get it to them to bring back for us.  Cameron was one excited boy to have the plug back.

Alfredo was at our door waiting for us at 9:00.  Cameron showed him the Skylanders and they played for awhile.  Tobias came up next and all the boys went outside.  Cameron and Alfredo were back inside playing when Manuel knocked at the door.  All back outside again.

A little while later the 3 of them were back inside.  By this time I had Alejandro with me.  Ileana had to run to Tianjin so I said I'd keep the kids but Marcela wanted to go shopping with her mom.  Alejandro is an easy kid to watch.  Everyone inside playing.

I made lunch for all of them at 12:30.  Ileana sent up nuggets.  I made those and spaghetti.  The kids ate almost everything.  They are growing boys that is for sure.  After lunch they went back to playing.  They played wii for awhile, Nerf gun fights, and raced on the Mario track.  I whipped up a chocolate cake with white frosting because that is what Alejandro requested.

Ryley and Tobias came up to have the kids go outside again.  They played outside until it got too hot for all of them.  When they came in they were dripping wet.  They washed up and played inside.  Ileana and Marcela came up and she bought Cameron a long sleeved Gap shirt.  It's so cool because it has a dragon on it and it said Gap China on it.  She wouldn't let me pay for it the silly girl.  They took Alejandro and went downstairs.

I called Carrasco's back up when the boys were ready for cake.  They all ate a piece and then went back to playing.  I chatted with Ileana for awhile.  The boys decided to have a Nerf fight/pillow fight.  They were having a blast.  Ileana looked at me and said "are you sure it is ok?"  I said it was not a problem.  I wouldn't let the kids do this at my house but here in China it is fine.  They weren't hurting anything and they were having fun.

At 5:00 Manuel went home and the rest of them went back outside again.  Ah, quiet again in the apartment.  I love having the boys over though.  They are a great group of kids and have so much fun together. 

Dinner, watched some Simpson's, and off to bed.
