Tuesday

The kids got off at 12 again.  We picked Cameron up and headed to the mall.  We were meeting Carrasco's at Papa John's for lunch.  A lot of other TIS kids had the same idea.  There were a lot of high school kids there.

We ordered our pizza and waited.  Cameron and Alfredo sat by themselves at a different table.  We finally got our pizza and ate.  Afterwards Todd, Cameron, and Alfredo walked home.  The rest of us rode in Carrasco's van.

realized he didn't have any money.  Silly Fredy.

The boys played.  At 6:00 we went down to Carrasco's to walk to dinner.  They were taking us to a new restaurant they had discovered.  It was a nice night for a walk.  We got to the restaurant and they took us upstairs to the second floor.  We had room 666...it was a private room.  We let Ileana and Fredy order the food since they had been there before.

We took a group photo.  We had our good camera and took a few.  Then Fredy was going to take a few with his.  He lined it up and when he pushed the button for the timer it said no battery.  The camera went dead.  Oh Fredy.  Luckily Todd thought our pictures were pretty good.

The food started coming.  It started with a plate of green beans.  Usually I like them but these had a little bit different taste.  They were ok.  Everyone else loved them.  Then came chicken wings and French fries. Then a tray full of what we thought was beef.  Once we tasted it we knew it wasn't beef but I wasn't sure what it was.  Turns out it was Mutton. 

Last came a big tray of food.  It had chicken, mutton, minced lamb, and fruit on it.  The chicken was really good.   The kids ordered tea.  Fredy poured liquid sugar in the glass of tea and the kids drank it.  Cameron had one glass but when he got his second glass he said he didn't really like it.

We arrived at 6:20 and left at 9:15.  There were a lot of laughs.  We aren't sure if the sugar kicked in or what but most of the kids were wound for sound.  We always have a great time with the Carrasco's.  We walked backed home and went to bed.
