Ileana invited all the kids to her house on Thursday afternoon to have cake and ice cream. Children's Day was on Tuesday but she waited until Thursday to celebrate it. The kids loved the cake.

Crazy kids. |
 |
The kids went out to play afterwards. |
We decided to ty our own version of Bibimbap with our new bowls. We bought veggies but our version had meat in it also. Turned out delicious.
 |
Ingredients are in and we put the bowls back in the oven for a minute. |

Getting ready to be the first to taste Bibimbap. |
The kids enjoyed a lot of time outside playing but they had to come inside to take a break and play a little Xbox. I let them stay in for 45 minutes and then kicked them back outside.

Being the good Mommy I made them muffins.

We are having a Cinco de Mayo celebration. Rachel found flowers to make on a website so I brought tissue paper back from the States. Ileana and I made the flowers. Our first ones didn't turn out so good. By the end we think they turned out great.
 |
Aren't they pretty? |
Todd and I ventured over to Nick's Mart just to look around. It was a beautiful day out so we walked over there. We found some things that made us laugh.
 |
Can you tell what these are? |

The 7-up is the tiniest pop ever. Short and skinny.
Not sure if it would even be a mouthful. |
The boys wanted to play Xbox again for a little bit so I let them. I forgot Cameron had set the new tent up to sleep in. When I walked in the room the kids looked so cute sitting in it. What I didn't realize when I took the picture was Alejandro was laying inside the tent. I didn't see him. Todd told me later he was in there. I went and checked. Sure enough, he was in there. Silly boy.

Our cool new tent. Why? It was on sale. |
