Valentine's Day

Happy Valentines Day. We started the day with breakfast and then jet skiing for an hour at 9:00. That was a blast. Cameron rode with Todd and I had one to myself. We rode back and forth and all of a sudden I saw a jet ski with no one on it. I drove out to find Todd and Cameron in the water. They were both laughing. Todd was trying to do donuts and they tipped over. Back on and riding more. We were stopped talking and all of a sudden I saw their jet ski tipping and next thing they were both in the water again...laughing. Goofballs. Finally our hour was up and we were back on shore. I made the same mistake I made in Florida a few years ago...didn't put enough sunscreen on. The reflection off the water made me have sunburn in places I didn't even know could get burnt. Dumb. One day I am going to learn. My arms and legs were so tired after jet skiing. You wouldn't think riding one of those would give you a workout but it does. I was very thankful I hit the gym before we went out because otherwise I would not have gone. Cameron was complaining about his eyes burning from the salt water but he was tucked behind Todd the whole time. Todd and I were getting face fulls every time we hit a wave. My sodium levels had to be through the roof.

Our hour of fun was over.

After jet skiing we grabbed waters and then went snorkeling. There were so many cool fish to see right off the beach. It was incredible again. When we got back on shore Cameron and I decided to get paddle boards again. My muscles were already tired from jet skiing but I went for more pain. I have to say I am getting pretty good at it. I didn't fall once today. Pretty proud of myself. Cameron just looks like a natural.

Back to shore and Todd and Cameron built another sand castle. Todd started it while we were paddle boarding. We grabbed some more drinks so we didn't get dehydrated. It was very hot and sunny. At 1:00 Todd and Cameron went snorkeling again. I hung out in the shade of our cabana and took a little snooze. I was exhausted. Earlier today we heard a girl say she saw a jelly fish. The girl she was talking to said she had been stung by one and it hurt. Todd said he saw a little one in the water. Yikes.

After snorkeling we decided we needed a break from the sun and fun. Cameron swam through the pool instead of walking around it. We headed to the room. Cameron and I ran to the lounge to pick out a movie. He got Madagascar 3. Back to the room to watch the movie. I fell asleep again. After the movie I decided a shower was in order. Oh man did it feel good. That's what I needed. When I came out of the bathroom Cameron and Todd were out on the deck trying to play the guitar. It was so cute. We sat out there for about 20 minutes more and then we to the lounge. We had a couple snacks but nothing much since we were going to dinner.

We got to the beach restaurant to eat and the girl said there was no more dinner because there was a Valentine dinner they had to get ready for at 7:00. We said "but it's 5:30 and we asked a girl earlier and she said dinner was until 6:00." She went to check with her manager. They decided it was ok and they would make us dinner. That was nice. We could have found another restaurant. We had some awesome bacon cheeseburgers. The night was beautiful and perfect to eat on the beach.

Cameron and I went back to our room while Todd ran across the street to the Mexican restaurant to get a pizza. He didn't eat at the beach. Cameron showered and then we relaxed in bed until Todd got back. We then watched the last Bourne movie. Bed time.
