Seriously?

We left for school this morning and when we walked out the door to the apartment building what did I see on the ground?  The coil from Cameron's shower.  Obviously, the guy that came to fix it took the coil, walked out the door, and just dropped it on the ground.  Why on Earth did he not put it in the garbage can?

Who would just throw this on the ground?
