Beijing

Picked Todd up at 3:30 and headed to Beijing. We saw a car driving towards us on our side of the road which usually is not a good sign. Just outside the first toll booth traffic was backed up. Again we thought 'oh no'. Luckily it was just a lot of trucks and cars trying to get through the toll. Smooth sailing after the toll. Until the 6th ring where there was an accident on the other side of the road which caused our side to be backed up for awhile too.

Home has Mediacom, China has Mediacone.  All their cones
have this on them.

Then Mr. Xue went right when he should of went left to get to the restaurant. 15 minutes wasted but we eventually got to The Filling Station. We started with loaded nachos...yum. Cameron and I each got a sandwich and Todd got a chef salad. All were good. I had steak and cheese on a baguette and I can't wait to have it again...delicious.

At the hotel, checked in, dropped our stuff off in the room, and got to the lounge in time for a couple drinks and fruit. Back to the room to get ready for bed. Lights out at 9:30.

We got a free bear for our 10th stay at the Hilton Airport Hotel.
