Everybody got to sleep in today. The boys must have missed the memo. Todd went to work at 7:30 so I got up and ran. Scott was watching tv when I got home. Shortly after Kelly and Grace appeared.
Scott and I walked to Times to get a few things. We then all got ready and left at 11:30. We went over to the mall to eat lunch at Papa John's. Delicious again. We jumped back in the van and ran back home.
Back in the van again and we went out to the beach. I got a message from Megan on our way saying they were there but she forgot her wallet. She couldn't get in since she didn't have any money. Silly girl.
We pulled up and saw Megan, the kids, and her parents. As it turned out her parents had enough money to get themselves in but not Megan. Too funny. We paid and found a spot on the beach. We set up shop. It took about 30 seconds for the staring to begin. About 30 seconds later all the kids were being stalked by Chinese. Pictures were taken of the kids and then with the kids. The boys were the stars. Grace was laying on a towel reading. People did take pictures and videos of her but she didn't even notice.

Still swarming the boys. |
One lady claiming to be a teacher chatted with the boys. She then sat next to Grace and said she would like to chat with her. Grace looked at me as if to say "What? Seriously?" The lady sat down and started asking questions. It was pretty funny. Then Scott got drug into the conversation.

We were at the beach longer than I had expected. It was fun hanging out with Megan, her family, and my family. The boys had fun in the sand and playing with Hadley and Harper. We loaded up and headed to pick Todd up at work. Off for home.
Everyone showered. Kelly and I walked to Times to get a few things. Scott started making dinner...tacos. Once we were back I cut stuff up for the tacos. Dinner time. Alfredo and Alejandro hung out in the wii room while we ate. We hired Alfredo to take a few family photos while we ate. We gave Alfredo his birthday present. There house was getting packed up so we had to give it to him.

Todd saw these jerseys when he was in Shanghai so he had to buy them. |

Alfredo was surprised. I brought a NERF gun back from
the States for him. |

Alejandro seemed happy about it too. |
Kelly and I did the dishes then hung out awhile. At 7:00 we walked over to the track to watch the Chinese in action exercising. We saw line dancing, walking in a square dancing, tai chi, basketball, hula hoops, Chinese version of hacky sack, running/walking on track, badminton, soccer, and bike riding. It is truly a sight to see, especially the girls in heels. One little girl said hello to us about 4 times. Then she walked by us on the track for a little bit. Later her and her mom went up to Scott to talk. The mom said she just likes to talk to foreigners. Cute.

We kept calling the revolving restaurant in the background the

No bikes, no dogs, and no pirates. Interesting. |

They just couldn't decide what activity to do. |

Whoa. |
We walked back home. We got our days organized for Beijing and Tianjin. We then watched the picture slide show from our Chengdu trip. Boy, there sure were some funny pictures. We then showed the pictures from our Korea trip. We didn't mean to make them watch them all but we couldn't fast forward since it was pictures. We wanted them to see the pictures from the Trickeye Museum. Some were hilarious. It is fun to watch things with Grace because she is easily entertained and she laughs a lot. This makes things even funnier for the rest of us. The boys were playing Xbox, of course.
Off to bed.
