Health Inspection

We were at Metro, in Tianjin, when Todd spotted a car.  He told Mr. Hu to stop so he could jump out of the van.  When Todd got back in the van he was laughing and showed us the picture.  He wondered if there was only one Health Inspector and if so, where would he/she even begin in China? 

This person should never have a free moment.

For example:  Ileana was out to dinner last week with a few girls.  They were at the Teppanyaki Restaurant that we go to.  The chef is behind the grill cooking your food in front of you.  They had just finished eating when all of a sudden there was a commotion.  One girl yelled "Rat".  Ileana said she looked where the chef was standing and there was a big rat on the floor.  They all started freaking out.  The restaurant gave them a 50 RMB (About $8) voucher to come back.  They don't think so.

This is one example but I'm sure there are a million more.  Much, much lower standards in China.  Last week they dropped pink pellets all over the sidewalks.  What is it?  Rat Poison!!
