Up and ate breakfast in the room. Karen stopped at the desk to ask a question so I gave the kids some money to play some games. At 9:40 we walked over to get in line to wait for the parks to open. After how busy
yesterday
was we were determined to ride some of the things we couldn't before.
We went right to the slides. We rode the family tube ride and it was
fun. Karen was a little sick because she rode backwards. Then all of
us except Karen did the racing slides. They were fast and I won. We
hit the huge wave pool. It was so fun. The kids entertained themselves for hours.
Side note...we talked to a lady that told us there were 30,000 people
on
Saturday and 20,000 on
Sunday at Mt. Olympus. Someone at the hotel told her that. We can verify that it was ridiculously crowded. But still fun.

| NO Cameron, don't do it. |

 |
| Take 2. |
 |
| How cute are they? |
At
1:30 we went to the room to eat lunch and relax a little bit. We then
ran to Walgreens to get more water and cough medicine for Brenna. Next
was a speed boat ride. We loaded up on a bus and drove a few minutes
away. Unloaded and headed to the dock. Loaded the boat. We were in
the last row. At first we were all a little bored. We kept going into a
no wake zone and they were giving a history lesson. Finally driving
fast, doing 360's, and stopping fast to make water spray up all over all
the people. The first 5 rows were soaked. We were only a little wet.
When they were tying up the boat they asked if the back got wet. We
said not really. The guy grabbed the hose and sprayed us twice. It was
pretty funny. Back on the bus and back to where we started. We were
going to ride the Army Ducks but we waited around and finally decided to
leave. No one could answer when we were going to get called or how
long it would be.

| Watch out for Big Foot. |
 |
| The bus we rode. |
 |
| Of course we were the last ones on so we were clear in the back. |

 |
| Walking back to the bus. |
 |
| Big Foot was captured. |
We went back to the hotel took a slight break and then went out to ride the giant
Trojan go carts. It was a pretty cool track. As I was going around the
tower of circles Todd called. I answered but only said "I will have to
call you back.". Yep, broke the rule of driving and talking in a go cart. We called him back as soon as we parked. The boys hit another roller coaster.
 |
| Everyone watching television. |
Gavin
and Cameron decided to try the Hermes Skyride. They got suited up and
waited their turn. Once they were called they were hooked up to the
wires. They were lifted up way in the sky and then dropped and they
swung back and forth over the wave pool. They said it was awesome. They
had huge smiles and neither of them screamed.
 |
| I think he is thinking...what did I get myself into? |
 |
| All strapped in and ready. |
 |
| They are next. |
 |
| Getting hooked up. |
 |
| Happy, nervous, excited??? |
 |
| They are way up there. |
 |
| Swinging by. |
 |
| Getting brought back to Earth. |
 |
| HUGE smile. |
 |
| This is the view of others flying over the pool. |
Everyone swam some
more. More slides too. Gavin and I were tired and headed to the room
at 8:00. He showered and we had some food. Around 8:30 the rest came
back. Cameron spilled his Gatorade all over his bed on accident.
Luckily there was a pad so it did not get on the mattress. Everyone
was exhausted. We have had two full, fun days. Off to bed.
 |
| We had to get a picture of the columns. |
 |
| Lego bricks? |
