VAN:
Todd was in Harbin but he called me around 3:30 p.m. to ask where we were. I told him home and he asked to make sure Cameron was home too. Yes, why? He said he just received a message that our van was in an accident and we would have a loaner van tomorrow. Oh no. We weren't in it. Mr. Xue told me today the van had to go in for an oil change from 1:00-3:00. I told him we would just take a taxi from school and we would see him tomorrow.
Well, obviously he was in a wreck. Todd sent an email to check into how Mr. Xue was and the severity of the van to the people who supply the vans. The next message he received said it was a small accident and Mr. Xue was fine. That's good news. Thankful we were not with him.
Not a bad wreck. It looks like it wan't Mr. Xue's fault either. |
CAMERON:
At 4:30 Cameron came into the apartment and asked for a Band Aid. I said, "Why? What happened?" He said he wiped out on his Bicycle. OH NO! He had a little road rash on his elbow and his knee. His knee needed the Band Aid. We cleaned him up, put on medicine, and then a Band Aid. I reminded him they need to be very careful and slow down. They play cops and robbers and they fly around on their bikes. This little wipe out might just be what he needed to scare him enough to slow down. Thankfully he was ok too.
