TIS had an end of the month assembly. There were performances by K, 1st, 2nd, and 5th graders. Ms. Williamson was talking about the virtue of the month which was creativity. She said some kids are creative with their minds. This is where she introduced the 5 kids who did outstanding on the tests and who were able to partake in the John Hopkins testing. Cameron and the others had to go to the front of the room. They each received a gift bag with a certificate and a book. It was nice. The kids were shocked they received a present.
