Todd went to work and Cameron and I headed to the veggie market and grocery store. We also stopped at Decathlon to see if they had anything to get Todd for Father's Day. Cameron likes to get his dad things that they can do together (it probably is really a way for Cameron to get something he wants). He found a blow dart game and a kite that has two handles so they can make it do tricks.
We picked Todd up at work and headed home. We told Todd to go in first and we would grab the groceries. Of course he is so nosey that he walked in the building then hid off to the side. He knew we had surprises for him. We walked in and Cameron started laughing and had to give him the presents right there. Upstairs and quickly packed some snacks and headed back out. We drove to the mall and grabbed Subway sandwiches. We went to the 1:25 movie to see The Hunger Games. Kind of a long movie but actually pretty good. Parts were gross and it was hard to imagine if this really happened. I can't imagine letting Cameron go off and fight to the death. Creepy.

Blow gun and a kite. |
At home Cameron and Todd played with the blow darts while cooking dinner. They had fun with it. The good news is it is impossible to suck the dart in so I don't have to worry. The target is foam and the darts seem to be made out of plastic. Not too dangerous. Plus, they each have their own so they do not have to share.

Dinner on the patio and a movie. We watched Terminator 3. Happy early Father's Day Todd.
